Today was my first and last time going to this dispensary. Long story short I pre-ordered an ounce mix and match. I get the text saying my order is ready for pick-up. I drove and then waited in line at the dispensary. When I finally get to the counter they tell me sorry "we don't have some of the things you ordered." Turns out they didn't have over half of my order. They didn't have 17.5grams out of my 28 that I ordered!!! Why would u not call me when u discovered u didn't have it? Or even send the text saying something like "there is an issue with your order please call the store." ??? They offered other suggestions to let me choose something else but I wanted what I ordered and what u said was ready for pickup! There was no discount offered for anything else, or the inconvenience. I left without purchasing anything and will not be returning. My advice is if u want something specific on the menu call after they say your order is ready to be sure.
