The Nirvana Center in Glendale, AZ has potential to grow successfully, but need a lot of improvement in order to get there. First, the first-time patient deal is good (1/4th for 1/4th) but they only weighed me out for an 1/8th instead of a 1/4th and would not have notice unless I said something. Also, they do not double check to remove any extra stems in the bud while they weigh it out for you. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service was not there. In addition, I did not receive any information of first-time deals or merchandise (“swag”) like advertised on their Leafly account for the first-time visit. As much as I understand the difficulties of running a business, but make sure that customers are serviced properly- especially a first time patient. Good luck!
