I went just the other day and was looking, budtender suggested some new flower/brand and I checked into it. Looked good and we discussed strains, chose mine. Got home and saw he put the wrong jar in the bag or maybe I miscommunicated so I called to check. They said to bring it in and I could exchange it as long as it wasn’t open (it wasn’t). I was disappointed even though I knew that was what they would say….I was hoping and in my opinion they should have offered or had their delivery drop it off on his next run….just saying. I am longer using NHC because of this issue and how hot was handled.
