When I came to pick up my order, i didn’t have my cash ready. I was unsure of the price because i didn’t know if I would be getting any discounts today, so I figured I could go to the ATM after I was told my total. When the associate called me over and gave me my total, I informed him I was going to grab cash and be right back. I left my medical card with all of my personal information on the counter when I did this. When I returned back from the ATM, the associate was checking out another customer, with my personal items still there, along with my card and personal information being displayed. I don’t know what the protocol is for customers who need to withdraw cash, but in my previous experiences the associate would just wait - it takes me less than two minutes to get cash out. I understand that this is my fault for leaving my card up there, I am just extremely disappointed this employee didn’t have patience for me to get cash and did not have the courtesy of protecting my private information when he brought someone over to take my place. This is a frustrating situation as it was partially my fault, however I just wish your employee would have been more considerate of protecting my private information.
