man I love herbal wellness for the prices and deals and quality. but ordering online is useless especially when they are busy because they will still take walk ins back before the pre orders even when they walk in after the pre order. it is very frustrating to preorder to try to save time and then still get stuck waiting for 45 minutes because walk ins after the preorder arrival are somehow prioritized. very frustrating and ruins the positive experience I usually enjoy when I visit there

I've been here a few times now, to give them a chance. My first visit was full of disappointment because I was excited about the free things they advertised on Leafly for new patients. Upon arrival (shortly after another new patient) I was informed that they had "run out" of everything except the lighter, while I watched another bud tender with another new patient, congratulating them and handing them the items as promised. I would not have cared at all had I not been clearly lied to. But I digress. I left it alone, it was free stuff, whatever. I gave them another chance and upon each subsequent visit, wait time in in the waiting area is short, only because you're immediately shuffled into the back to stand in a line like cattle, for up to 15-20 minutes at a time. As a patient with chronic pain, this is a HUGE turn off. I can't stand for long periods of time. I know I'm not the only one. It is very inconvenient to have to awkwardly stand and watch them take care of other patients instead of just being able to sit and relax while you wait. I tried a small variety of medicines available here but in all honesty, the quality does not make up for the lack of accommodation of patients and lack of customer service from your tenders. I might be back if it didn't feel like they decided which patients are worth better service based on what they look like.
