I happened to go there the other day for their anniversary sale, the line was absolutely ridiculous! But the owner came through, and gave everyone in line a free packed chillum, and thanked everyone for their patience.
I recommend maybe a number system next time, (like the old deli numbers) so people aren't standing in line for hours, especially in winter. Or hold the sale for more than one day?
Either way, great atmosphere, and customer service! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for good bud at a decent price
