I have been to this dispensary several times before and today I went in for some more meds. I placed an online order for some carts and all was good. I went to pick up and checked in and that went well too. The budtender handed me my items in a bag already stapled and said order was for "such amount " and I told him should be actually another amount . He realized his mistake went back got the right products "supposedly" and had me pay. I leave and get home to realize that the items I had were wrong still. I called right away spoke to receptionist there and they told me the manager could not do anything for me. They didn't even offer to get on the phone with me to hear my frustration. The receptionist was very helpful and believe me , I understand that people make mistakes but how is that my fault that I am stuck with the wrong meds for my pain ??? I never had any other bad experiences here before just sucks on the whole situation and how it was addressed.
