Highbrow - Topsham

I've been going to Highbrow several times a week since back in the day when it had just opened in Topsham. I have a terminal lung/liver disease and from the beginning, they have been extremely helpful. The past few weeks I've been working with Soli (luv!) and production to create a capsule that will help my anxiety,. Yesterday I placed my order, got confirmation and drove to Topsham to pick it up. However "Chris" decided this was the day he was not going to sell me two chocolate bars. My ID and medical card have been photocopied at least 4 times. In the beginning Chaz did, then Matt, and Ryan took a picture of all my info and then re-entered it in the computer with the new move. Same with Amanda and Soli..... I know they have the information. It is So disappointing to be treated like I have never been there before.. Last week alone I spent $410.00 .... Chris told me they have five iPads so it could be anywhere. However!! He chose to send me away. I am very disappointed, displeased and frankly confused! Soli is a wonderful manager, I'm sorry to say when I was there she wasn't. I've called and left a message for Chaz one of the owners to give me a jingle back. I don't know why Chris choose to do this yesterday. Until then I would have given this place five stars.
