I love going here for two things, the product and service. The product they sell is solid and high quality. Not only that but they have incredible daily deals. Regarding the service, I haven't been impressed with a budtender in a long time but I will say Jude is one person who really stands out. She knows her stuff, always looking out for the customer and is one of the coolest budtenders I had the pleasure of interacting with. I hope to get her every single time, thanks The Good/Jude for everything, can't wait till next time! 😊

I love this place, great staff and I usually show up on Friday/Saturday for their free weed Friday/Saturday and you don't even need to purchase anything to obtain a free pre-roll. Which I have yet to find another dispensary that actually gives out "free" weed. My only gripe with Mesa is I wish it was bigger, they should seriously consider taking the real estate behind the store because it does get packed way too quick.

Awesome place, loving it since the expansion and the 1st dispensary in the United States to ever have a full kitchen available! Great prices, great daily deals and many opportunities to receive free product! :)

Great place, if you are ever in a pinch and only have a little money, this place is the best option. Seriously, if you got only $2-$3 in your wallet but you're dying from a Migraine, Stomach Ache, Anxiety etc they will literally weigh it out. The location isn't too bad assuming you live primarily in the East Valley but they even have a location in Fountain Hills. I do like their Deli style because it allows the consumer to add as much or as little as they want rather than being tied to a pre-packed product (which they also have at a great price). Friendly staff, great selection, quality bud, very clean environment and you are in/out quick. Couldn't recommend enough.

I love this place. Great selection, very clean and very nice educated professional people. I live in Tempe so this drive was pretty far but they made it all worth it! Try to make the trip!

I recently obtained my medical card due to my scoliosis among other issues I have. I've never tried marijuana in my life so the whole thing is intimidating. I didn't know where to go and I heard some dispensaries aren't as legit as others. My doctor told me to download leafly and look. So as I would search reviews like on Amazon or ebay I searched what was the highest rated and Monarch shows up with over 1k reviews and overall highly rated. I drive over there, the area is nice surrounded by other medical building like dentists, surgeons etc. I go in the building, it's very clean, the girl at the front desk was super kind and informative. The people there is what you'd expect, people who need it. I saw older folks, some my age just like you would see at any doctors office. Everyone who worked there was super kind and very professional. I had a seat and a gentleman named Rick helped me. He was very kind and understanding to someone as new as me to this whole thing. He asked me what my issues were such as my back and recommended me great products to use in various settings, told me proper dosages and just gave me tons of great information. After this experience I will totally be going back. If anyone who is like me and nervous or intimidated by it all, please do yourself a favor and go to Monarch I can't recommend it enough.
