After nine only med patients should be serviced to ensure they receive their medicine. It’s not our fault the crew is not trained well enough and you can’t staff enough people to provide service. The waits are crazy here. They use to have a deal where you get a free preroll if the wait is more than 15 min. That’s a joke because they check you in and at 14 min pull you to the back and you wait another 20 min in the back. Pretty disappointed in the management. Times for some changes in priority.
