I can’t complain about a dispensary that gets me in and out with quality product. Very hard to find an efficient dispensary like Territory these days...
I don’t go out of my way to complain but this is ridiculous. Nirvana obviously doesn’t have their act together. I’ve gotten medicine here once out of the 3 times I tried. I placed an order last Tuesday and was not contacted at all by any staff or Leafly text, but I did get my Leafly email receipt so I know it went through.
Then today I placed an online order, called to verify they received it and mentioned what happened to me last Tuesday. The lady apologized saying “sorry we have new employees who might not be the best at letting you know when it’s ready yet”
Nonetheless, they confirmed receipt of my order and said it would be about 30 mins.... TWO hours later I still had nothing. I called in and they placed me on hold for over 7 minutes.
I then hung up before anyone came back and placed an order with The GOOD Dispensary. I got my confirmation text within minutes.
I cannot say I will be back. The same products are offered everywhere else which much better service.
They have garbage flower which I will never buy, they have cheap shatter that everyone else has access to. They have terrible customer service. The only thing going for them is their Gemz when they sell 3g/$99 but even then you can get better quality from elsewhere. Terrible Dispensary. Won’t give them my money anymore.
