I was recommended this strain by a budtender. I asked her for a strain that would work well for when I'm feeling tense and anxious. It works ok for that. It does relax me, but I found that it tends to keep me up (in more ways that one). I expected this relaxing strain to help me fall asleep, but it didn't seem to have that affect on me. I tend to hyper focus on this and end up staying up all night watching TV. I find it hard to fall asleep on this. Another interesting effect of this is that it makes me incredibly horny. I don't know if that is a universal effect, but if you have a penis, you may find this quite uplifting...

This is a favorite. It is a nice mellow happy high with an alertness. Great for when I feel tense and need to relax but I don't want to feel sleepy or slowed down.
