Their online ordering has 4 stages: verifying, preparing, ready, and complete. The first 2 steps do not mean anything, because they do not verify or prepare any order until you are at the location; they falsely advertise this service. In addition, their pickup window for rec customers is 6 hours long and you have to be ready at any time within that window to drop what you’re doing and go to pickup an order that might not even have what you wanted available. There is no semblance of logic to this process. I can only imagine what level of contempt they must have for their rec customers to outright lie about the online “ordering” system; very sad competitor to Verilife, who at least is upfront about their process. Do not waste your time “ordering” something from here and waiting all day for a text that will only guarantee you get to stand in line for a chance to buy something.

This particular profile needs a “Medical Only” tag on it, as the menu attached is only for that. Recreational users will not even know what is available for purchase until they are nearly through the entire line, where the menu is provided on a typed-up piece of paper with hopefully accurate information about the items for sale. Once they figure out how to add another menu (like every other recreational-licensed dispensary in the area) I expect it to be a much better experience.
