Y'all really need to keep your menu updated or get some way to automate it because I keep seeing strains on your menu for a couple days that aren't there anymore and it stinks to go all the way in for stuff that isn't there. Otherwise a great shop with good flower.

Terrible customer service. After calling in to confirm that they had a high CBD transdermal patches, confirmed by the budtender, I arrived to find none. Shocked because I had just called, the budtender said a woman just bought the last one. I noticed the patch they did have had CBD label on it and I thought it was indeed the high CBD. As he was ringing it out I noticed it was a 1:1 CBD : THC and, having worked in a dispensary, could have sworn there was a a patch that had much higher CBD and lower THC. I asked the budtender if he's seen those and he assured me this was the high CBD one. After pressing him to look up the company online and see what other products they say he got very defensive and said this is the high CBD and that there is nothing for him to look up. There was no one else in the room and after asking one more time if he could just help me confirm whether or not a patch with higher CBD exists he said he was just going to get his boss. The manager came in, she was fantastic, very compassionate and interested in answering my questions. The budtender continued to argue until she asked him to leave the room. I explained that I was hoping for a higher CBD patch and she immediately looked up the company and confirmed for me. She also told me she wasn't sure if the company was getting licensed and they haven't had a high CBD patch in some time... Hmmm cause the budtender just said a woman bought the last one. It seemed pretty clear from my perspective that the budtender had made a mistake over the phone and instead of owning up to it and apologizing, he tried to lie and argue his way out of it. It made me very uncomfortable; it would have been so much easier to be honest about it or at the least just google the companies name when I asked him to. Again it wasn't like here was a if line - no one else was there. The manager was really nice and they have great products but just hope that you don't get this budtender.
