I suffer several depression mainly caused by my General Anxiety Disorder. I'm always afraid about trying high THC strains, mostly because it can cause me a panic attack or some bad thoughts, paranoia. Sensi Star, in particular, gave me a really good time, i vaped 0,1 gr and it was enough to lift me up from my depression (at least during the effect). For people that suffers from Anxiety Disorders this is a good strain. The taste is pretty good, for those who like sweet and citrus flavors. The effect have two parts. 1-The head high was good, but i would say that, even if this is a high CBD strain, it makes you a little bit anxious. 2- But the body high is so nice that it compensates the effect from the head high. Even if this is high CBD strain, i would recommend it for people that likes the Sativa effects, but you have to pay the price of having some anxiety from the head high and the euphoria that -maybe- you are looking for.. If i put this strain in a balance, the effect was absolutely nice. Just full your mind with positive emotions and think about good things, the strain will do its job.

This is my first CBD dominant strain. For me it's a 5/5. I suffer from a Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). I have been trying many strains to deal with my anxiety, and this strain helped my a lot. It's a MEDICINAL strain, so, don't expect the psychoactive effect. I guess that you need to smoke a lot to get the high effect. I would totally recommend this strain for medicinal users, specially those that suffer from anxiety. It will not give you any side effect like paranoia or panic attacks.

I suffer from a Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). High THC strains can give me some panic attacks that i would never wish to someone, or i can get really paranoid -knowing that high THC low CBD strains are not good for people that suffer anxiety disorders-. This strain, in particular, even if it's a high THC one -which i was kinda worried when i tried it- gave me one of the best feelings that i have ever had. I felt connected with myself and the group of friends that were there with me. It was such a relief!. No anxiety at all. Totally recommended for people that suffers from anxiety. I would also recommend that you should vaporize it instead of smoking it, so you can regulate the effect of the body high that you are looking for.
