Jerad is the man!!! One of the very few employees at Tru who have been around since day 1 and still offering up the best service. Larry OG and Pure Kush were on point this drop, grabbed an eighth of Cherry Paloma per his recommendation and love it! Not huge on fruity terps but this one is special, he said behing the 2 OGs Cherry P was prob the best they had, great any time of day smoke and he was spot on! Love the B2G1 eighths too! Best flower in AZ, much love to J-rad and the crew at Tru. Btw, bro needs to chill over the Candy Kush. Pretty sure you guys have 2 phenos (maybe its not specified) but I've seen it on the menu at 29% and at 23% thc (possible leafly mixup/typo) but when that's the case that's when I see bad reviews on the Candy Kush. Aside from that, bro got skeptical and missed out on the PK ⛽️💨

My first visit here was great, stopped in to grab some Hash from The Inventing Room and got a free gram with their BOGO/First time patient special. I believe Brandon was my budtender, great customer service and although a new product on their shelves they knew their stuff about it already. I know what I'm shopping for but I could tell they have knowledgeable budtenders for those who need the guidance. Also gotta say the ladies at the front desk were extremely up beat and looked happy to be working there. Nice warm welcome on the first visit. Look forward to going back and highly recommend this place.

Apparently my review never posted which is too bad because Nature's Medicine is one of, if not my new go to. My budtender was Alex and he was real knowledgeable and helpful. Nice and clean waiting room and even when you go back to the meds, it's a clean layout. Love that it's home of Phoenix Cannabis Co too! Definitely recommend this place, much love!

Worst experience I've had in a dispensary since I've had my card. 4+ years. wish I could say the same as these other reviews
