Nature med sold me a bad cartridge that had crystalized inside the cartridge (a Timeless "Azul" cartridge).
When I opened up the cartridge 12 days later to use it was defective. I went to Nature Med for an exchange ONLY and they said there policy was no returns after 7 days for any reason. They said to address my issue with Timeless.
Horrible lack of concern or care on the part of Nature Med, and I have been going there for years...but NEVER again, there are just too many dispensary choices to give my business to a company that shows such a lack of customer care, concern, or service.
I had a similar situation with Halo dispensary in Tucson a couple years ago and they gladly did a replacement/exchange AND gave me one of there excellent brownies for free as a goodwill gesture to express there concern for my dilema.
AVOID NATURE MED COMPLETELY...THEY DO NOT SEEM TO ME TO CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM MY EXPERIENCE.
