I rely on cannabis for chronic pain and placed an order this morning.
Out of nowhere, I received a text saying, 'She will be leaving at 12:14'—essentially giving me two minutes' notice. I replied, 'Huh? This is the first notification I’ve gotten,' only to be told, 'She’s leaving now.' Before I even had a chance to receive my order, the driver left, and my order was canceled. Naturally, I sent some strongly worded messages in response. This is my medicine, after all.
I’ve never had this issue with any other cannabis delivery service. Most are relaxed, professional, and well-organized. Unfortunately, BPG's delivery process comes across as passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and disorganized.
Luckily, there are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from. I strongly encourage readers to avoid BPG.
