WORST customer service ever! I had a promotional flyer that included a 10% discount for 3 dispensaries through the end of May. Shake and Bake was the only dispensary that did not acknowledge the savings, stating that it only applied to certain items. NOWHERE on the flyer did it specify what items it could be used for. As a paying customer it's not my problem if your promotion is not explicitly clear. I'm really not tripping over 10%, it's the principle of it all. I asked if they would acknowledge it anyway and was politely told that a manager would have to be consulted. What turned me off the most was the manager's (Megan) tone and delivery of her decision, to say it was nasty would be an understatement. The funny part, I'm a nice tipper, I had initially planned to add the savings to the budtenders tip. That didn't happen. I won't be going back.
