For the second time now my order has been lost or misplaced. The first time I did it through their website and was told sometimes they don’t get orders coming through that way and the best way to do it is Leafly. So this time I did. I ordered at 8:15am, received confirmation that my order was ready at 10:02am. I went to the shop at 5pm and they didn’t have it or find it at all. The excuse I got was “someone from the morning shift must have just hit the button that they did it but we can’t find it.” So I ended up with only one of the three things I ordered. I understand I’m heated about it right now, but now having it happen twice to me is unacceptable and I hope this issue is addressed.
