Electric Lettuce - Alberta

I've been an Electric Lettuce med patient for years. Weidler is my main location. The organization has grown and I've been to a couple shops. I have not been to Alberta. Electric Lettuce prices are higher than most but they have sales and product that I can't get other places. I wanted to get a specific strain but Weidler no longer has. Showed at Alberta with delivery and debit cards. I incorrectly assumed debit for delivery so didn't have to manage cash. I had trouble ordering. Couldn't get to my login and loyalty. Wouldn't let me add a med card. So I called the shop. The guy budtender either couldn't or wouldn't help. Told me I was in their system from 2017. Even though I was at the Weidler location last month for 4/20 and spent $800. We both became frustrated. I am deaf and don't do well on the phone but when confused and frustrated, I get loud. I tried to explain to the budtender I am not meaning to yell and just want to talk with someone who can help figure this out. I'll get as much cash as I can and have delivered but want my loyalty to reflect a $500+ purchase so I have $50 off next time. He said I was the customer he'd been warned about and hung up on me. WTF??!! So I called back and asked for the manager. She was even less helpful. I asked why the system isn't linked across the locations. She didn't have a response. Asked me what I wanted her to do. So I told her to F'off and hung up. Not my proudest moment but again WTF??!! Looked at the reviews for this location trying to find a contact to escalate and see that this location has several reviews like this. Very disappointing that this location is the reason Electric Lettuce will be losing a med customer with a $1K mo habit. Guess they don't need the business. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not shop here or any Electric Lettuce.
