I am not one to leave reviews and have had my card since 2013. I am not going to lie I was irritated that I had multiple issues with cartridges in same day and had to make 2 unnecessary trips to return my medication.
The manager handled it better than I can of ever imagined. I happened to recognize this same individual from wayyyyyyy back at a prior dispensary I used to frequent. Not only did she replace it without a question, she also was considerate of the inconvenience and unnecessary trips. Not only did I get a replacement, she went above and beyond my expectations and upgraded the cartridge to a full gram. WOW! Speechless.
JARS, thank you so much for making it right... you have a new loyal customer in me.
