Type: Select Elite 510 Cartridge Sweet Island Skunk is as advertised - a very bright, energetic strain. The strain comes on slower than other vape strains; I usually clock about 5 to 7 minutes before the body buzz ramps up. The cerebral is exceptionally speedy and focused, and at times, it almost transforms into heightened paranoia. After the initial peak, which can last up 45 minutes to 1 hour, SIS slides into nice, mellow buzz for another 30 or so minutes. If you're primarily an evening partaker, this probably isn't the best strain unless you've got a couple hours to kill.

Type: ABX Loud & Clear Overview: It's taken a couple of sessions with this strain before I was comfortable enough to review. For me, it's been a mysterious strain to pin down. The first couple of sessions was very middle of the road. The last session changed everything, and I can see why it has a following. The taste is not bad - the blueberry, fruity taste starts initially, and it finishes earthy and rugged. Dosage: For me, 4 solid hits does the trick. Usually I'm a 3 to 3.5 for any strain to unlock itself, BCD needed that extra to come come through. Effects: BCD doesn't come on strong - you feel the body buzz about five minutes in. Tiny tingles radiating. The body buzz, true to description, lasts about 1 hour. The cerebral effects vary on dosage, but I found that 4 produced a bit of magic: I found that I was very energetic, creative, and focused. It helped me make connections I don't normally see with just the right amount of inhibition loss to share those thoughts. Maybe that's why this strain has such a loyal following? It was about 2 hours of transformation. It may have saved more than my mental health, it may have saved relationships. Side Effects: dry mouth. Oh yes, have some water on hand. I also found that while I was nearing the back half of 2 hours, I started to feel anxiety creep in.

Type: ABX Loud and Clear Vapor Overview: Sherbet, if the description is accurate as being heir to the throne of GSC, certainly earns that distinction. Perfect evening treat for social situations or just watching some television and hitting the hay, which is my primary use. First is taste: very smooth. Not exactly sweet like citrus, and not incredibly earthy or piney. Somewhere right in the middle. Dosage: for me, 3 good pulls does the trick as this particular breed does have higher THC content. Effects: Sherbet does not come on too strong, you'll start to feel a nice body buzz after the first 5 - 7 minutes. A warm, tingling sensation. The cerebral sneaks up on you around 10 minutes in; it's not like anvil drops on you, but it certainly switches gears and you're in it. For me, it is a relaxed, focused, creative, and auditory high. You can just as easily be hanging out, still function, and keep up with the conversation, or watch some television. Overall, just smooth high from start to finish. Like sherbet. Depending on how much you partake, effects last around 1.5 hours - then the sleepiness sets in. And the hunger. Have water or liquids nearby as there is a bit of dry mouth to contend with.

.5g version: This strain is a heavy hitter. First, the taste - more of an earthy taste on the downdraft. Don't go in expecting a a delicious pull. But, three hits on this and it floored me. The body buzz was within a minute or two; at first small tingles to big radiating waves. Then the cerebral kicked in. The triangle is well- earned. Certainly get into a creative space and rapidly gives way to spacey place. Effects lasted about 1.25 hours before it gave way to sleepiness. And, I did have an appetite kick in too. If you can find this, definitely pick it up.and give it a whirl.

Type: APEX Cartridge This strain is phenomenal. The first thing you'll notice is the delicious taste; it tastes like orange juice. Very smooth and creamy. The body buzz is medium-high, while cerebral is medium. On average, relatively eurphoric and energetic high. However, if you indulge too much, Orange Cookies can take you an anxious place for 30 minutes or so before dropping back down. Definitely recommend.

Type: Rempen Vape Concentrate This is a fabulous strain to mellow and relax with. Dogwalker has quietly and quickly become my 2 - 3 hit go-to for evening relaxation. If you can find it, definitely grab it. It's nearly 5-stars for a reason. Sensations: low to medium body buzz combines with a medium cerebral buzz. I notice the body buzz kick in about 7 - 10 minutes in followed by a nice cerebral ramp up. As stated up top, on two or three hits, it never gets too intense where anxiety starts to creep over the top. Simply a relaxed, mellow high that allows me to be in the moment. But, also lets my mind stroll when it needs to, pulling it back to the moment when needed. Effects last about 1 to 1.25 hours. Taste: this particular concentrate brand has an overwhelming chemical taste ( difficult to describe, but tastes a bit like isopropanol) with a slight earthy overtone. If you can get past that, you're good to go.

Type: ABX Loud & Clear Concentrate Overview: this strain is a monster and definitely not for the faint of heart. I'm not a seasoned partaker, so about 3 - 4 good pulls hits like a freight train. Super heavy body buzz with a cerebral side kick. Lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours. With all the lineage of this strain ( GG4, Platinum Cookies, and Face Off), the body buzz is almost immediate, those tingles start radiating from head to arms to feet. And, the cerebral kicks in a couple minutes later. For me, personally, anything more than 4 hits and I notice the dizziness start to appear. And definitely have water in hand, as dry mouth is certainly something to contend with. The cerebral effects are great, but I find that I get more into a contemplative space, so I like to put on a good movie and let the soundtrack and visuals go to work. Body buzz is extremely heavy, so be ready to melt out and not move for at least the first hour. Any pain is 100% gone. I notice, for me, it plays hard on my sinuses 30 minutes in. Would definitely recommend for a night time relaxer, but start slow. It hits hard and then you have to ride it out.
