We travel to Baltimore from the Eastern Shore regularly and make sure Blair is a stop. I have had only positive experiences. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional dispensary-this is it. While I would consider myself a "seasoned" consumer, when I needed to use cannabis very specifically for an unexpected medical condition, I really had no idea where to start. I am so very grateful for the direction they provided.

The convenience is great as this is currently the only game in town. They have some quality product every now and then. However, I'll drive the 30 minutes to another dispensary in the neighboring county (or even farther) for the same product and bigger selection from now on. As an immunocompromised patient, I anticipated a safe experience during a pandemic, and placed an online order for curbside pickup. However, as a new patient to this particular dispensary I was made to go inside to sign my name on two electronic documents on a very portable tablet, despite my request for safety accommodations (forms be brought to car or sent to me ahead of time to print and complete). Instead of giving me my order once in the dispensary, where I had contact with 4 additional people (3 customers and 1 staff) I was told to return to my car after signing the forms, where I had to interact with a 6th person. That staff member complained that nobody inside had filled my order and said he couldn't believe they didn't give me my order inside. I tried a second time, showing at 5 for an order pickup time of 4:30-5:00. I pulled in at 5:00 (yes...my bad...I had NO idea they closed at 5...other dispensaries I'd been to in Baltimore are open until 9pm on a Saturday). The staff person that was outside shook his head and took his hand across his neck (like it was cutoff time). I got out of the car and explained i had an order for pickup and but was still refused service. I explained i was a cancer patient and needed my order to sleep but no concessions were made. Eventually I was able to speak to a higher up in the parking lot who said his hands were tied and that there was a MD state law in which he could not dispense after 5 (not true). I was told I could pick up my order Monday since they were closed Sunday. Monday I was sent an automated text that said my order was denied pickup because i didn't show during the pickup time. If you're looking for kind, this is not the joint for you.
