They never have stock for medical patients … since Arizona legalized recreational use they completely threw quality and allotment out the window. It’s essentially first come first serve and the lines are in favor of recreational users NOT medical oriented don’t really seem to care or have an issue with the fact that they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of the majority of items and lack a good balance of Sativa, Indica, AND Hybrid. .
