second time there was 4th of July receptionist was extremely rude after being turned away because they weren't taking new patients or walk-ins they were only taking online orders which there was no notification on any of the menus which I checked three different menus on three different sites didn't say anything about having to order online then when I show up receptionist some blonde extremely rude I mean like extremely rude to the point of total unnecessary acting like these people showing up should know this stuff when most of them have never been there before ever it's not our fault you can't handle your clientele don't offer deals if you can't supply the demand if you're having issues you have a live menu utilize that tell them at this time we have to stop sales to get caught up don't wait for people to show up and then be extremely rude to them because you're slow at your job to be slow and extremely rude hurts business and we know you not being a business owner could care less and that's the sad part I just hope the business owner does something before he starts losing too much clientele because by the sounds of it he's pretty good right now he has more clientele than he can handle but as that reputation spreads out that's going to slow down and slack off and has more dispensaries show up people ain't going to tolerate it I know unless it's made up to me I'll never be back in that store I drove from Cincinnati up to there to try to get a deal and then after the way I was rudely treated yeah!!!😡💯
