This dispensary has gone down hill since Zenleaf took over this location. I’ve been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, dating back to when you needed a medical marijuana card to come here. I have accumulated a lot of points over that time (spent thousands of dollars$) that we just magically erased because of a new policy they rolled out. I asked to speak with the manager thinking they would provide some customer service, instead I was greeted by a rude manager who looked like he was high himself. Do yourself a favor and bring your loyalty and business to a company that appreciates you. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Wow, this location is by far the best out of them all. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and the manager Sergio is a very composed individual. This location is by no means easy to operate and you should be lucky to have an employee like him. I watched Sergio handle multiple customer complaints on a Friday afternoon. The display of professionalism and customer service he showed, deserves recognition. It’s easy to not care or to be lazy, especially in the cannabis industry. Sergio is clearly passionate about what he does and I will continue to choose this location over the rest, specifically because of him!! -Chris

Nirvana has really step their game up since last time I came in. Friday night business was packed, Michael was super knowledgeable and efficient!! It’s nice to finally see Bryan in his rightful place. Having him in a manager position brings the company value up tenfolds!!
