I've been to a few different recreational dispensaries in Western MA and Insa in Easthampton is by far my favorite. There's *usually* not too long of a wait (for recreational), the staff is always friendly and helpful, the product is high quality and the atmosphere is clean and modern looking. I also appreciate how smooth the online ordering process is. Additionally, they have so many additional products like grinders, bowls, hempwick etc. for really reasonable prices. Whenever possible I shop at Insa first and I highly recommend them!

There's no parking for recreational customers... You have to park a mile down the road and take a shuttle which is SUPER inconvenient; we didn't even go in after we drove 40 minutes to try a new place out. It's probably a great place for medical patients.
