Party of my preorder was out nobody called to tell me, waited till I got there. And the bud tender said well I filled most of your order. And didn’t understand why I was upset, I could of went somewhere that had all I wanted in one place.

I came in, have been a customer for over 2 years, there were several customers in the bud trending area. The security man would not allow me to be waited on with my hat on.... there were 2 men in there with hats on and lol the other security wears a black beanie all the time. But I couldn’t have my hat on and it was less than 40 degrees when I left my house. I will not be back and I have spent thousands of dollars in this establishment. Not anymore this is the last straw

For the most part it’s one of my top 10 favorite dispensary! James served us this evening and we’ve been taken care of by him before. He is a pleasure. I have not always been the nicest patron when they are out of what I ordered, or some other issue. He has dealt with my attitude and both times this happened he went above and buttering to make sure I left happy. He is a definite asset to the sales team here. Thank you James for making a potential bad experience great.
