The new process where you crowd in the front room and then get called into the back room to stand in the middle and hopefully get called in order does not work. Idk if it was just people batching about the heat but this isn't any better. Secondly I have brought this up a few times. Yall stealing the change off every order should be and probably is illegal. You don't record it on receipts or give any rewards for the hundreds of extra dollars you get a day from this. There is not an order out there where it was rounded down. It's always rounded up and that's theft. I will continue to pursue this and hope that one day I can bring legal action.
