Ok hear me out. I tried to plead for common sense in a unique situation. I’m trying to get an order placed for pick up. You can’t do it before hours. Ok I get it. So I wanna go in person before I commit. I DO know exactly what I want and I’m standing at their front door only one other patient is there. I explained to the security guard that the app wouldn’t work for online ordering and I just wanted to go inside and give my order. He said I had to go online or call. I reminded him that the app wasn’t working and I AM RIGHT HERE. He made me call. The line was busy. He said yeah they only have two phone lines. Keep trying. I repeated that I AM right here. I was told that I could only talk to the guy on the other side of the protective glass in the lobby “if I was picking up an order “ so I can’t just go in and place my order, I’m now the ONLY PERSON there and they make me keep calling the phone until I get through. So I place my order from outside 10 feet away ALL BY MYSELF. And wait to get called in. I’m like, can I at least see what I am buying??? Sure. So we talked and looked at the different strains and I paid, and some guy walks right up into my personal space without a mask on and hands me my order and change (he was wearing gloves but if he touched the door knob, cases, and his face. What good is his PPE?! I pointed out how ridiculous it was to make me phone in the order from right outside the door. He replied that because they were so busy and wanted to keep the number of people coming in at once they were only accepting phone orders. I understand the policy but clearly you aren’t claiming that one patient outside by himself was busy or crowded. I pointed out how common sense was completely absent from their behavior policy and reaction. It is exactly this absurdity and lack of free thinking and common sense that has us in this situation to begin with. How sad that our future will be controlled by people as stupid as the ones who were in charge at this place today. They threatened to not let me come back. BTW your a Medical Facility and you do NOT have the right to refuse service because I hurt your feelings by pointing out how stupid you were acting. Get over yourself and use your brains. Common Sense
