Always Greener to Go

Came here to return an item and was told when buying it I can return it within 24 hours with package and receipt. Drove back after 6 hours of finding out it didn't work and tried it on multiple pens before trying to return. Was told by staff I was wrong and they wouldn't refund me at all or even give m a new one of the same kind. Spoke to manager who also wouldn't accommodate me. Finally they agreed to give me the same kind and it also didn't work for me. Very disappointing that this place has a policy they don't follow through with. Came here all the time and always enjoyed going till now.
