Liberty - Rockville

I have always liked liberty products and for 3 years or however long it has been since you had been able to step foot into a dispensary I have always wanted to visit their dispensary in Rockville which is about a 40-minute drive. my fiance and I decided to finally do it when we needed some flower one day. we are both patients but I was just registering and since it's during this pandemic they don't have the regular store open and only allow first-time patients to come in so they can fill out the first time patient form.
when we walked in we were nicely greeted by the security officer which grabbed both of our patient IDs and we told him that I was the only one that was getting anything, but my fiance has to be there to help me because I'm a quadriplegic and a wheelchair and might need assistance with my money and The paperwork. immediately after walking in there I went over to the cashier as my fiance walked over towards the merchandise on the other side of the store. she was immediately reprimanded to come back and stay with me and active like she was a 12-year-old child. my fiance then started a conversation with the cashier doing nothing sitting next to the girl that I was working with and then they reprimanded her again like a 12-year-old and told her that she needed to seal with my registration first when she was trying to do something totally different than my registration. she was going to do her own thing with her own card and registered herself while we were there, but after this experience I told her to forget about it. The whole time we were speaking with the lady at the cashiers she was giving us this attitude that you can't really say that she said anything but you can just tell she has an attitude.
I then asked for the manager and he walked out immediately defending his employees "attitude"towards my fiance and I. first of all the customer is always right, second of all you don't just come out and start defending your employee when you don't even know both sides of the story, lastly what kind of a manager doesn't come out and ask the customer that's always right what the problem is?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY MARYLAND DISPENSARY IN 3.5 YEARS!!
It's simply just disrespectful how we retreated and even going to business school myself that I know that you are not supposed to treat customers as well as anyone in the manner that we were treated when we walked in there initially Up until the time that I purchased my product and started to walk out.
if I was anyone reading this looking for a Rockville dispensary DON'T GO HERE!... THEY'RE PLENTY IN ROCKVILLE.
