Extreme delays! The automated system will claim the order is packaged and on its way only to proceed to put your order on hold and this cycle can be repeated multiple times in one day. This has been the case for every order the past several months. The support chat is glitchy and will disconnect before resolving issues. there is no phone support. After an order was delayed for 6 hours the driver arrived to my house and proceeded to act like a psychopath (beware of Emanuel) and refused delivery stating he will claim i refused delivery and said i quote "who do you think they will believe". The customer support will credit you with discounts and whatnot but at the cost of the headaches of delays and unprofessionalism on all accounts
