I asked for 2 rosin grams but budtender rang up and gave me only one rosin as Resin in same brand. Now I haven't smoked Resin in over a year and called to ask for exchange of right products.also willing to pay higher fee since rosin is more than Resin. I literally was told they didn't have rosin in that brand even with a gram in front of me on my counter. Not going back there at all since the "system" showed Resin not rosin. clowns. online menu still shows rosin from good things coming. nice try folks

Had a glitch in system where another person with same first name got my point assigned but they fixed my issue professionally and went above and beyond. I was not in a rush at all but they acted like they were in my shoes and were able to provide me with stellar service I truly thought was lost in the dispensary world. I love this place and thank you Katelan! This is why I always buy their rosin from their establishment only.

Manager told me straight to my face he put notes in my account for not being respectful because I told another customer next to me to check his rosin if it was room temperature since they ruined my rosin before by doing the same exact thing of grabbing his bag from a rack not a refrigerator and replacing with room temp rosin in bag already sealed so I could not check. Very embarrassing for a customer but why would you say that out loud to someone so everyone can hear? Poor customer service! Not coming back anyways.

Try to have a civil conversation about Rosin and how Arizona needs to up their game in Flower as well to only have the same manager get butt hurt that did not replace your malfunctioned cartridge say to be respectful of their establishment… not your products again “Sherlock homes” aka the pacific looking dude with nose ring that is outdated from the 90s. Their house rosin is like Tier 3 aka bottom tier at best. Point system is going away in April. Should have known you get what you pay for. Don’t get any Sol/house brand product. Also budtender tried pushing their bogo after I told him I only smoke Rosin lol. Last time here using my points. Peace.

Even though I ordered online and had to wait in line with all the walk ins they were empathetic and welcoming like always. Their Mohave cannabis co flower is too dang good. I love it! Thanks for the high quality flower and service again. Remember patience is a virtue people!
