With extremely high staff turnover, especially after the amazing former manager left, the customer experience has taken a downward turn. I came here for years, spending tens of thousands, ordering almost the same thing every time. They got my several hundred dollar order, my regular, wrong the other week by leaving out the equivalent of about $45 of product. I called them and was told they notated it and not to worry; they would take care of it when I came back. They didn’t say to save anything. I came back this week for my regular order, and despite seeing the notation, said there was nothing they could do despite it being their mistake. Customers need to know they are getting what they paid for. It’s not comfortable not knowing what is going to be in the bag and that there is no fair dealing recourse if a mistake is made. I get inventory control, but there are other options. This was disappointing.
