This is the guilty pleasure that I try not to admit that I like. When this was available last year, it had me questioning reality! I'm a pretty moderate smoker, too: it's usually 1-3 hits for me, whether from a bong or a pipe and I'm done for a while. But with Purple Punch in me, I was questioning whether my cat was really my cat; whether my kids were really my kids; whether my wife was really real! When I was reassured that they all were, I was overjoyed! I had a renewed appreciation for them! I realize that that's all pretty silly, but it felt good, nonetheless. As for the other effects of the strain-the way it just uplifted me and aroused me while at the same time relaxed me-it was great! I get this whenever I can manage to, although my wife winces when I load a bowl.

This! I've GOT to get more of THIS into my life! When this strain is in season, my home is clean! My wife is satisfied! I write, I work, I get things done! As a writer/editor/proofreader, I've got to stay focused, and it really can prove to be a challenge, at times. That "one last chapter" that you want to just knock out before dinner could turn out to be a doozy and drag on and on for pages, catching you off-guard! Not a problem if you're just zipping through your day, hyper-energized by Green Crack! And afterward, when the wife wants to go out or spend some "quality time" with her husband, when I'm usually just too tired to do much more than find my way to the bed and get between the sheets so I can hug my pillow and nod off for the evening, Green Crack solves that issue, as well! I want to talk almost as much as she does, among other things! If there were one strain that I could choose to be a "year-round" strain, this would be it!

Well, being my first written review and I'm about to disagree with the general consensus, I'm sure I'm not going to help my credibility. However, I need to stick to my guns and deliver my personal experience. Here goes: I don't know why the other reviewers are saying that Apple Rock Candy is "uplifting" or "gives them energy". This stuff makes me s...l..e...e..p...y! In fact, I was just thinking I should go and try to find something else to smoke during the day so I can reserve this for at night, before bed! Green Crack REALLY woke me up! This is NOT that! Don't get me wrong-it feels good, but it's just that the "good" feeling doesn't really last that long before I'm starting to think about hittin' the sack. Right now, for example, it's 1:30 in the afternoon, it's my wedding anniversary and I'm already ready to slide in between my sheets, hug my pillow and drift off to dreamland! My wife has other ideas.

I think I've found a new favorite! For over a year, I've sworn by Green Crack, but Mimosa is definitely a challenger for the top spot on my list! I'm epileptic, so I'm always looking for strains with the right terps to help control my seizures, But what people don't realize is that epilepsy brings with it a lot of side effects, like depression. Lately, there's been a lot of that! I won't go into any of the drama here, but suffice to say I'm sure glad I found this strain when I did! I found the energy to clean my apartment AND the will to care whether it got done!
