I struggle with a lot of chronic pain, as well as lately TMJ pain that has been so bad its rendered me useless at times (full face/neck/shoulder pain, can't see out of my eye, teeth feeling like they're being pulled without any anesthetic). I've needed some good, knock me out and take me away weed for at night to take with my otc pain meds. It works really well for giving a cerebral high with a bit of that psychedelic trance feeling. Definitely couch locks, or in my case bed locks, you. Recommend for a good couch-locking, zone out, close your eyes and wake up 4 hours later strain. Another perk I love about it: with just the right dose before bed (for me its 3-4 hits), when I wake up, I wake up feeling rejuvenated. Hell, even if I dont sleep on it, when I come out of being zoned out on it, I feel like I got a full nights rest. Its super relaxing and really works well to melt away the stress tension in the body. Strain: Bubba Kush (produced by Harmony Farms / Indigo Pro) Form: Vape Cartridge (IndigoPro) THC: 76.86% / CBD: 0.31% Dose: 2-5 hits (sometimes accompanied by 1-2 hits of Blue Dream at night for alternative pain relief)

I'm going to give it a 4-star because, for all I know, it could be the product and not the strain for why I'm not much of a fan of Maui Wowie. I have Bipolar 1 and depression and anxiety, and I've been hitting a low that has severely hindered my daily motivation with stuff around my house. I also have fibromyalgia, so I also deal with a lot of daily chronic pain. While Maui Wowie succeeds really well in giving me the "body motivation" I need to get things done, the headache that sometimes comes with it is so bad that I can't get anything done. I can tell from the hits that its a really rough, low quality cartridge so I know I wont be going back to the manufacturer as their quality of weed is sub-par. That being said, I dont know if its the crappy quality I happened to pick up or the effects of the strain itself, so thus the 4 star rating. It did a great job motivating me but, sometimes when I take it, it has a cost too thats just too high for what I need right now. I hope it works for others. Lately, with my Bipolar and depression and anxiety, I've been hitting a low that has not only severely hindered my daily motivation with stuff around my house but makes me also have no motivation for continuing my schooling. I also have fibromyalgia and one of the symptoms of fibro is brain fog and it makes it doubly difficult to focus on my schoolwork when its all foggy and unclear and shit. That being said...BLUE DREAM CLEARS AWAY ALL OF MY BRAIN FOG! Its...amazing. Its like I go from a foggy, rainy Seattle day, unable to see Mt. Rainier, to crystal clear, so clear you can see Rainier in HD. My mental process is up and running, I think more critically than I have in months and my studying (and my work) have gone through the roof with quality. Now I actually -want- to sit down and program and code, which is such a huge passion for me. I love coding. Its like breathing to me so not wanting to code, and when I did it was foggy, shitty work, was killing me. Now its like I can breathe! I'm excited to start my studies again and really dig my teeth back into my passion. I've also found that, when I take 1-2 hits of it with my Bubba Kush at night to get to sleep, it also helps mitigate some of the physical pain that Bubba Kush doesn't touch. I'm a fairly new user of cannabis but I wanted to come on and mention that Jillybean is amazing. It was recommended to my husband and I by an amazing budtender at Have a Heart - Belltown in Seattle as a good middle of the road between a sativa and indica. Strain: Jillybean (produced by Nectar Craft, grown by JBC Farms) Form: Vape Cartridge (CO2 extracted) THC: 55.8% / CBD: 0.38% Dose: 1-2 puffs followed by a third about an hour later. Review: This strain makes me feel very uplifted and happy. The cerebral dizzyness and disorientation is minimal and the sativa side really delivers on a clear-headed high while the indica works to relax your muscles really well. Depending on the day and the dose, it can also make me a little giggly but not annoyingly so. I can also see why some people recommend it for libido / as an aphrodesiac. It can definitely make you...I guess I would say more easily aroused. I love this strain because its a nice relax around the house after work or in the evening strain but isn't so heavy hitting on the indica side that it knocks you out for sleep or zones you out and couch locks you. I can function, make dinner, and relax with a movie or a game easily on this.
