Ok, so I've been to this dispensary numerous times since first finding it on Leafly and I am never, ever going anywhere else. The concentrates are some of the BEST available (atleast in my personal opinion/experience) and for the prices, you're honestly crazy to go anywhere else. Keep doing what youre doing, ECG!! Especially those shatterday specials!

I LOVE this dispensary. I've been here multiple times, and they always have the best concentrates and the best, most bubbly and helpful workers. I've yet to leave here feeling anything other than satisfied and if you're looking for a good concentrate, definitely would recommend their Pink Lady!

Really disappointed with the quality of medicine here. They didn't have the strain I wanted available in any other form aside from pre-rolls. I got talked into buying 5 because of the bundle deal, so thats what I did. After leaving and coming home, I went to smoke it and to my surprise and dismay, when I emptied the rolls, this stuff looked like NO OTHER medication Ive ever seen. It was dryer than dried spices, looked like herbs you would by from Hippie Gypsy, and WOULD NOT LIGHT. When it did finally take the flame, it tasted and smelled like old cigarette ash. So disgusting and non-ingestible, thats for sure. Ive been to Bloom a few times and have always left feeling neutral/indifferent but this is just unacceptable. I also called and asked what my options were (I had left 4 out of 5 of them un-opened) and was told they couldn't replace it but would "check it out to see what the issue was" which to me, is unacceptable.

Im so impressed by everything about this dispensary -- the presentation, staff, everything -- it was all such a wonderful experience. Definitely will be back!
