phone etiquette was unprofessional, like answering the phone was such a drag,I was such a burden, I asked for birthday specials and they said, 50mg soda or a pre roll (not saying anything about making a purchase). got there, outside seemed sketch and very uninviting. walked in and was confused where to go (very poorly placed wording on the walls on where to go.)said i was there for a birthday special they told me a purchase had to be made (completely different than said on the phone) as a patient that shows me they only care for me as a customer, instead of showing patient appreciation (becuz if there where no patients born, they would have no business. also wanting just my money instead of helping patients with free medicine. very isolated, which was uncomfortable. very inconvenient and just all over the place. as my first time here, I can tell u I will not be going back to bloom until some changes are made. I will not recommending until changes are made. I understand it's a business, and I'm a customer, but I'm also a patient, and believe that they should care for their patients instead of treating us like customers. there should be a good balance and there was not at all.
