This location is the worst. A while ago I bought a cartridge from them using rewards I had saved up over the past several months to pay for about half of the cartridge. Their return policy says I can exchange it within 2 or 3 days (cant remember right now) Well the cartridge didn't work from the very beginning so I went the very next day. The terrible manager there told me that I was going to have to pay for what I had used my rewards on if I wanted an exchange and that I would in no way get any of my rewards back. So to sum it up. Bought cartridge. Faulty cartridge. Had to travel all the way back to return. No apologies. Had to pay additional money to get a working exchange cartridge. So in the end I paid about $45 on a $30 cartridge not including the additional gas it took. This is also one of the shops that has a COMPLETELY false notice that its against the law to take returns on open products. Read up on WAC 314-55-079 before spreading lies.
