Service here is awesome and so is the flower. Flower is sometimes a little too dry but it smokes fine.

So I’ve been coming here since they opened the doors and have spent a lot of money there mostly on flower. I have always been a big fan of the Grateful Dead strain they used to have ( not sure what happened but it’s been nonexistent for a while now) as well as the London pound cake and a couple others. They started a point system to reward there best customers, you know the ones that come back week after week to buy there flower. After earning enough points for a free ounce I was told I couldn’t get LPC. That free ounce represents $4500 worth of business to ponderosa. An ounce is nothing to them cost wise you would think. Turns out they have put a limit on one of their best stains, LPC. The reason for this I’m told is all about sharing. They want all customers to enjoy LPC. That’s great and all but not all your customers invest in your business the same. I thought the point system was a way to reward your big spenders but it doesn’t feel that way. If I spent enough in your establishment to earn a free oz it should be my choice like it states on the points chart. IMO money and loyalty should matter most. If you have it and A customer has the means to buy it then sell it. I’ve never heard of a dispensary limiting a strain for the purpose of sharing fairly. I’m going to call the manager to see if we can resolve this issue. If not I guess I’ll cash out my oz and start going to my other fav dispensary on McDowell/40st. They always have fire on deck and won’t limit me on anything as long as I have the allotment for it. Same price, high thc flower, and no limits. Ponderosa you ate about to lose a great customer. Btw, if you think this is all about a free ounce I assure you it isn’t. When you first dropped LPC and before I had enough points for a free oz I went in to buy some and was told the limit was an eighth but that I could come in everyday to buy an eighth if I wanted. WTF! First of all I probably smoke an eighth a day so there’s no way I’m driving there everyday just for that. That is ridiculous to expect your customers to do that.
