Great service and great meds

Most of the employees here are complete tools. Too busy basking in the glory of...being a merchant I guess than caring about their patients. Major attitude problems- I wish I could give just one name but it’s almost the entire staff except for maybe 2-3 employees(who agree!!!)

As someone in the industry- I am extremely embarrassed for you guys. You have a security guard at the door telling med patients that they do not get prioritizes at all- not even in the lobby. You might want to have a chat with him because I know that is against all policies you are forced to comply with. If you do prioritize inside still- you really need to have a Patient Line, and a separate Rec Line. We live in a retirement community and it broke my heart seeing my elders who are clearly in pain, with canes and walkers- standing outside in the snow for 2.5-3 hours. And then to find out the ridiculous price gouges for mid-grade flower and concentrates. This is abhorrent to us all. Step it the F up.
