I visit this store at least once a week and I have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going that extra mile to be sure you have what you need. All of the bud tenders are competent as well as nice, but my favorite will always be Stephanie! Of all the dispensaries in KFalls this is by far my favorite and I recommend it to my friends.

I’m not quite sure how to rate the ‘service’ category so I gave it one star even though the bud tender who actually waited on me (Alex) was great. Rex, who confronted me at the door was not. In my three years visiting dispensaries in Oregon I have NEVER been made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable in any way, but that changed today. This is my MEDICINE, not my ‘recreational’. There are ways to speak to people without making them feel intimidated or discriminated against. Rex needs to learn this skill. As a disabled elderly person I am VERY disappointed and have ZERO desire to ever return.
