Ordering is a nightmare as they "upgraded" their system. Ordering online is hit or miss at best, and then IF they confirm the order lately it has been incomplete. They can't seen to run this like a normal customer service based business - just a mess. Great product and staff, poor management and purchase systems. They don't seen to get the business aspects of the industry - inventory, customer service, order portals, and consistency.
