I have been a loyal customer to Bloom for years. I will NEVER go back again! I can't wear a mask due to a health condition. They have been serving me this whole pandemic, WITHOUT MY MASK! Now, two days ago they deny me an online order, due to not being able to wear a mask! So much for putting your patients first and making sure they have their medication regardless of the situation. You could have worked with me, just like you did the last time you provided me my medication by treating me as a car pick up. You have lost a loyal patient, due to your insensitivity to truly caring and helping your patients. I guess you have forgotten what you are supposed to be doing as a company, which is helping patients obtaining their medication!

I love that they were fast and efficient. They took extra precautions for me as well as everyone else, when it comes to COVID-19. I appreciate their efforts in making sure I get my medication.
