Am very upset with the service. I know there are post for no returns but I was trying to exchange a non working CBD cartridge that never work in my battery. Not for money or a different cartridge but for the same product. I go to this shop for two reason.
1. My husband and I were your very first recreational at midnight the day it became legal and have been loyal customers sense.
2. Your almost always great service and fun atmosphere
I am very disappointed as don't leave in this area of Portland anymore and it is a 20 min drive to your shop and the shop near my home when I don't have time to drive to your shop always gives me a receipt and tells me that if anything wrong with my cartridge to please bring it back.
The guy working the front desk told just to empty it in to something else or use some other way. So in order to use the cartridge I have already paid for I have to spend more money; really that is your advice!
I get that the Manufacturer is not taking back product due to covid but what your really saying to your customers is that your store is so hard up that it will not even replace faulty cartridges.
If you were your own customer how would you feel.
