Be warned, you are only $$$$$ and not patients. You will be treated anyway they choose. They understand at the end of the day someone will purchase their medication and they really don’t need you.

Placed an order online, texted back and forth for a bit. Thought my order was placed. Few hours past by, decided to call and see what’s up. They never got my order. During my conversation with the supervisor, I was told “do you want to stop talking so you can hear my resolution.” Well after listening for a bit, I was told “I’m sorry man. They don’t send enough of the pre packed half. Maybe I can get them to order more, but we get what we get.” Then I was told about how this was a Leafly ordering problem. Also was told “we are out of what you order so you can maybe talk to a manager when we get some. Maybe they can do something.” So I’m not really seeing an attempt to address my concern. I placed an order through Leafly which apparently was never received. This tells me there’s an issue since I received a confirmation. Who would I need to contact at leafly to take care of my concern about the functionality of the express online ordering system? If anyone can send me an address, please let me know. My customer service experience with Earth Healings (south side location) was “outstanding”, they pointed me here to address my concerns.

Two weeks ago, decided to stop by and pick up some shatter.So I ask for a high CBD strain, budtender starts to tell me well we dont test the concentrates but we test the flower, night train has some of the highest CBD. So I pick up a gram, all good. Fast forward to this weekend and ask the same question and was told we never test for CBD, I can't tell you about the CBD levels. Just sharing my experience, hope it was helpful.
