I am a customer who goes there least once a week. However the 18th I had brought a new person in with me who made purchase. For my 500 loyalty points. However, a week gone by now and they are still not on my acct. So called them they said fix next time u r in . I want in today and was told now that they r not giving them bc she wasn't with me currently at this time... so I'm lost and frustrated I just want my points. Sigh lady even vouched telling me tht she is one who wrote info down on 18th n still nothing so 3mailed now give my review n call again later n hope I get things fixed up. Stay lifted
