Rude staff unhelpful staff.

Service was lukewarm. Has to remind staff they had a sale. Wait time was too long. Medical patients are not a priority.

I miss the old Encanto. The new company is not the same. Don’t trust the online menus. They don’t update the stock online.

Been ordering delivery for the past few months and all of this sudden delivery is not available at my address?!

This is the second time stuff has been missing from my online order. It’s disappointing to drive so far and not get what you ordered.

Company seems to drop the ball on leafly regular. Wrong items posted and prices. The employees are overwhelmed and management is no help. Customer service is not a priority for them.

This company has gone downhill. They don’t care about customers at all. They stole from my allotment and left me with next to nothing. Don’t trust them.
